Refunds are processed through your Stripe dashboard like any standard Stripe payment, giving you full control over your own refund policy instead of routing requests through a platform support queue.
Yes. Most organizers keep promoting through their existing channels (Instagram, email lists, etc.) and just swap the checkout link to their new Move event page — your followers don't need to create a new account to buy a ticket.

Yes — every organizer account includes a built-in QR check-in tool, accessible right from your dashboard, so you don't need a separate scanning app.
